Q. How much should I tip?

A. $20 -$25 per hour, per person if you received excellent service. If it is a big party or holiday then some people tip more.

 

Q. What services do you provide? 

A. We decorate, serve and bartend and we can help plan your party and recommend caterers and other vendors if needed.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We accept the following forms of payment: personal check, Venmo or cash. We do appreciate tips being paid in cash in a separate envelope for the staff. An invoice will be sent to you prior to the party with all of your party details. Payment is due the day of your party and must be paid in full. The staff will give you the bill or you can pay by Venmo to the owner. Gratuity is not included and it is paid to the staff that day separately and in cash if possible. They will greatly appreciate it. Tips are not mandatory but they are greatly appreciated.

Q. How many hours do I need someone there to help?

A. We require a 4 hour minimum but if your party starts at 7:00 then we recommend having the server arrive at 6:00 to help set up the food before your guests arrive and if you hire a bartender they will also need an hour prep time to get everything set up.

 

Q. Do you cook?
A. Unfortunately we do not but the server can warm up food for you. We help when you have the food catered and we can help with the set up of food, set up dessert, cut the cake, butler appetizers if requested and put the food away at the end of the party. 

 

Q. Do you clean?
A. We will help clean up the plates , cups and food from the party and take the trash out. The staff will do the dishes that are from the party and use the dishwasher if needed. 

We do not do any other cleaning but we can recommend a cleaning service if needed. 

 

Q. Do you decorate?

A. If requested we do have staff members that decorate and have helped with decor for many parties. Just let us know and we can discuss the details together. Servers and bartenders only help during the party with food and drinks. 

Q. What should I do if I need to cancel?
A. We understand that things can happen unexpectedly. Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel your event so we can make the proper arrangements with our staff. 

Q. What type of parties or events do you help with? 

A. Everything from a small family party to a big celebration. We help with birthdays , bridal & baby showers, engagement and theme parties, holiday parties, corporate and office parties and fundraisers. We have also done small weddings as well. Our staff has experience in all types of parties and events 

 

Q. Do you supply the decorations?
A. We do have some decor available that we can use. Let us know what is needed and we will let you know if we do have it available. We usually use the decorations that you provide and we can help set it up prior to your party and make it look amazing.

Q. Do your bartenders provide alcohol or mixers?
A. We do not provide the alcohol or mixers but the bartender can help set up the bar area when they arrive. The client must provide all alcohol, mixers and ice for the party. We set up the bar area, put ice in coolers and ice bucket for beverages, prep the lemons and limes or any garnishes needed, chill & serve wine, beer and make fun cocktails. We will help clean up the bar area at the end of the party. We ask that you provide enough ice to serve beverages and also to put in coolers or wine buckets if needed. We can help make suggestions on what type of liquor is the most popular and how much ice to buy for your party.
